Maurice Allen

In this episode, we meet Maurice Allen Sr. — a father, pastor, and multi-talented musician who began playing piano at just two years old. From founding the award-winning Blake Gospel Choir to creating events like the Tampa Bay Jazz Fest and Allen’s Jazz Lounge, Maurice shares how his faith and passion continue to inspire and uplift others.

Maurice Allen Sr. is a father of four, singer, multi-instrumentalist, entrepreneur, pastor, and philanthropist. Maurice was a child prodigy that starting playing the piano at 2 years of age. He answered his call to ministry at the age 12. Maurice graduated from Blake High School for the performing arts where he founded and directed the award winning Blake Gospel Choir. He is also the founder and CEO of Allen’s Entertainment Group which produces the Tampa Bay Jazz Fest, Tampa Bay Gospel Music Festival, Feed Yo Soul Fest, Worship Night Out, and Maurice Allen’s Jazz And More Live Lounge (affectionately known as Allen’s Jazz Lounge). Maurice Allen is a life long learn that is committed to impacting the world with the gifts he’s been blessed with.
