Every Monday night from 7–9 PM, The Hangar Restaurant and Flight Lounge in Downtown St. Pete transforms into one of the most vibrant jazz experiences in the city. Hosted by local Tampa Bay musician Dwayne White, the evening opens with a multi-generational house band, all proud supporters of the Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Association, before the stage opens to young musicians under 25, including recipients of the ADTBJA Scholarship, who are invited to step up and perform alongside seasoned artists. It is more than a night out; it is a living, breathing commitment to preserving jazz and investing in the next generation of musicians. Seating fills up fast, so we encourage guests to arrive early.
